The new Release workflow is based on https://github.com/pbrisbin/bugsnag-haskell/blob/1b746df5ccb2a0a935fdf51891f8646e75690895/.github/workflows/release.yml but with the deprecated
stack-actionGH action with a simpler execution ofstack upload.
